SCSI Stands for Small Computer System Interface and is a parallel interface for attaching disk drives, scanners, printers, and other peripherals to a computer. Internal SCSI disk drives were attached to a host controller using a 68 pin ribbon cable. You could connect up to 15 devices to a host controller creating a SCSI chain.
